This visit is for patients experiencing symptoms of hormonal imbalance such as fatigue, low libido, mood changes, hot flashes, or irregular periods. We’ll review your medical history, discuss your symptoms in detail, and explore appropriate lab testing and treatment options, including bioidentical hormone therapy if indicated.

Telemedicine

Telemedicine is the remote delivery of healthcare services using telecommunications technology like video calls, phone consultations, or secure messaging. Able to assess patients, provide consultations, monitor chronic conditions, and deliver education and follow-up care without requiring in-person visits.

Physical Exams for Adoption, College or Childcare Worker

To assess the physical health of the prospective adoptive parents or future child care worker and ensure they are capable of providing a stable and nurturing environment for a child, or to assess the health of a future college student. Complete all necessary paperwork and forms required by the State of Tennessee.

Weight Management

This visit focuses on your weight loss goals, lifestyle habits, and overall health. We will review your medical history, discuss contributing factors, and explore personalized treatment options—including nutrition, activity, medications, and lab work if appropriate. Prescription for medical weight loss medications, including compounded GLP1 (oral and injectable), LDN, Qsymia, Contrave, or Vyvanse.

Contraceptive Counseling

This visit is for discussing birth control options based on your lifestyle, health history, and reproductive goals. We’ll review hormonal and non-hormonal methods, including pills, patches, IUDs, implants, and more, to help you choose the best option for you.

Comprehensive Visit for Complex, Chronic Issues specific to women

This visit is for evaluation and discussion of one or more ongoing, complex, or non-urgent health concerns that require more time and attention. Examples include Hashimoto's hypothyroidism, chronic pelvic pain, chronic sexual pain, abnormal bleeding, multiple symptoms, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, autoimmune disorder follow up, extensive lab work related to MTHFR, hemochromatosis, or other complex medical issues. This extended visit allows for in-depth assessment, discussion of testing, and treatment planning.
