OptiMantra Patient Portal

For patients, OptiMantra provides online appointment scheduling, calendar management, and the ability to complete and send patient intake forms, making it easier to manage their healthcare interactions. Through the patient portal, patients can view available appointment times and self-schedule appointments, access telehealth appointments, update their medical records, and communicate securely with Krystal Lynch, NP.

Full Scripts

Fullscript is a supplement dispensing platform and patient adherence tool that supports practitioners at the point of care, allowing Krystal Lynch, NP to create personalized supplement plans for her patients. She applies a 10% discount for her patients. This is NOT a required service, but an easy way to get recommended supplements in one place and shipped to your home.
